What We Do

The Fallen Firefighters Fund Inc. is a charitable organization dedicated to provide assistance to families of active full time firefighters killed other than in the line of duty. There are several organizations that assist for in the line of duty deaths, and the Fund is happy to help direct families and departments to them.In the event the Fund is called upon to perform the duties that it was created for, the Board will decide the appropriate actions, based on each individual need as it arises. These actions may include, but are not limited to: * Helping with protocol for services. * Sending a representative to funeral services. Here the rep may provide assistance to the family or department as needed. * Sending a monetary donation (to be determined by the coffers of the Fund, and the Board. * Assitance with manpower during the wake * Catering the Wake * Helping apply for death benefits through other organizations if applicableAt NO time will a representative of the Fallen Firefighters Fund Inc. dictate procedure, unless otherwise requested by the family. We are there solely to HELP. NEVER overstep
